How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by Hotmart, the platform that handles payment and delivery. Open the purchase confirmation email from Hotmart and follow the refund link, or log in to your Hotmart account, find the purchase and choose "Request refund". The refund goes to the original payment method; the time it takes depends on your bank or card issuer, typically 5–10 business days.

After a refund

When a refund is issued, access to the book in your Hotmart library is removed automatically.
